Established the technology PMO, hired 10+ project managers, supported 35+ projects annually, and increased project completion by 200%. Delivery included Salesforce, ServiceNow, 99.99% Wi-Fi, and the elimination of 5,000+ trackers and 150,000 document reviews.
Built the technology PMO and delivery foundation for a portfolio of 200+ initiatives. Established unified intake, standards, governance, and executive reporting, then introduced governed AI agents that prepare charters, plans, status reports, and monthly executive updates with project-owner review.
